Very beneficial & inspiring/encouraging. Especiallyy for some one like myself who is brand new to becoming a Real Estate Investor.

What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
Any & all the info that was given on how to acquire real estate w/least amt of risk & greatest gain while helping out distressed motivated seller.
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?

What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Maybe more mkt area info (Dallas, San Antonio, Austin) versus just focusing on Houston. I was unable to attend workshop in my San Antonio Market.
