I love learning all of this! Workshop is thorough. Full of info. Great examples.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
If I were relying solely on this workshop, I’d have tools to walk out & get more info on google – REIA. I wouldn’t attempt without coaching. Some would – I’m not that confident.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
That’s hard to say – loved the numbers behind leads/conversions costs of leads & mostly cost of NOT doing marketing. But I really valued the overcoming objections.
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
I won’t talk about the other seminars – they make me mad! They were a complete waste of time and money other than the valuable lesson of what not to do. There’s an organization here & a support network here. I’m excited & thrilled to move forward.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Look – although I had cleared my weekend completely – others had not. The ending time was somewhat of a shocker. But I love the content & was committed to all that was being presented.
