In your own words, please tell us what you thought of the workshop:
I liked the workshop and the information that was given. I do not believe that we actually covered all 12 strategies and all 10 closes but they were mentioned. I would like less stories and more detailed info about the strategies.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
I feel more secure about my leap into real estate but I am still not sure, if at this time I am able to close a deal.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
Learning the name of the contract to use.
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
I love that this is local. The other workshops that I have attended seemed fake and forced. I think the mentoring program is high and is like other programs and that makes me concerned if this is legit but being local, I am praying this is real.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Show the REI Matcher website. Show more of the actual process, use people int he audience to role play.
