In your own words, please tell us what you thought of the workshop:
Great workshop for the beginner and experienced investor alike. The shared stories of real Texas deals and local Dallas current projects were excellent in putting slides to life.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
I have new tools and through the Big Dog Program, I know I will be able to make money in real estate.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
The local aspect. Jessica and I spent thousands on a traveling road show which turned into a learning experience rather than support for deals we have made thus far.
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
Local people doing local deals is a HUGE positive over other classes I have taken. Going onsite to see deals in progress was a great experience.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
A minor issue would be a better sound system in the rental bus for the tour. Bill, Laura, and Nancy shared great stories that unfortunately some people in the back did not get to hear them.
