Great information. I learned a lot and got reinforcement of ideas. I like the idea that everything learned deals with local market.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
No, I don’t have tools. I have info and access to resources. I’ll have to buy or create the needed tools to make money.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
~ Negotiation & closing scripts ~ Quest IRA was great
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
I haven’t taken any other classes, I have read books & watched informative videos on YouTube in the past. This workshop was great in comparison.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Simple tools for those not taking advantage of coaching. The room was cold; offer refreshments.
