Yes. Just need to put into practice.

“How to close” script. IRA info!
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
Have not taken any other classes.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
If the class starts at 8 and you really want to start it at 9, open the doors at 8:50 especially when serving coffee.
