My mind is blown with how much new information was provided to us this weekend.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
Absolutely, the strategies that were taught to us really allow a solution to every potential problem
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
Between the magic close and the wrap around mortgage just opened a world of possibilities.
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
I wish I had taken this class first, I wouldn’t have even invested in the other one. Maybe in retrospect I would have but I see value here.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Nothing, it would be nice to do a field trip with the group to look at houses but due to time constraints I don’t see it feasible unless instead of 3 days we do a 5 day training.
