Very educational, I feel a little more confident, I just wish there was a little more time spent on how to create the necessary contracts/agreements.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
I certainly feel like I have better knowledge of how to get access to the tools to make money in residential real estate.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
Learning the different strategies and closes were extremely valuable. However the education on buy & Hold appreciation I feel was the most valuable part of the training.
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
As my first class I was impressed and the answering of questions really help in the understanding.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
The only thing I can think of is further education of contract development from start to finish.
