Good workshop for little $ investment.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
I learned a lot but have some gaps in the full process on most strategies. Being a “newbie” I still feel very “green”

Real life scenarios (although would like to have had opportunity for more Q&A)
