Professional and informative. Some portions are somewhat repetitive creating a lengthy presentation overall.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
Yes.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
Touring some examples of real estate in town. It’s a valuable visual aid. The whole networking aspect of “Big Dogs.”
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
More specific to our Market. Phill comes across more of a good guy than the others. Not too friendly, but not too overly professional. He creates a relaxed atmosphere.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Shorten and eliminate some stories (not all of them, just narrow down the # of them). It seems like they day runs too long and maybe could be shortened without eliminating the needed info.
