After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
I have some of the new tools needed but not all. Need to continue this journey and acquire additional tools.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
– formula for changing your mindset – quest IRA, Inc. self-directed IRA – focus (most focus = money)
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
Right up there. Phill is a motivational speaker. He may very well have motivated me.Thanks.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Dive more into the transaction process from beginning to end (i.e., a wholesale transaction)
