Overall very good workshop. Slides moving too fast to jot down the points. Also, some material assumed previous investor experience / knowledge, so did not get it all.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
Yes, but a lot of practical tools & techniques not showed e.g. spreadsheets so will need to develop those to share.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
– Creative ways to close the deals – Marketing Strategies
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
– Not taken other real estate workshops – This was better than learning the monthly meetup
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Bring down some concepts to beginner level – Imagine what it was like when you 1st started -> Yes some tasks are ‘minimum wage’, but show me it anyways.
