Excellent detail – I truly wish I had experienced “The Big Live Event” prior to Fortune Builders
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
Many new tools to use Monday morning – AMPS, focus on marketing, negotiating, number relationships
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
1) subject to, AMPS guidance 2) State of Texas specifics
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
There was little info on legal “guidance”, business setup. The Grove’s were much more personal and approachable than other classes.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Give several websites to locate properties.
