It’s a great class & Phill is a charismatic speaker. I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to attend and I will definitely recommend it to any REI.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
Yes, I’m an expert! I still have much to learn but this is a journey & I will not only learn along the way, but also align myself w/ people who DO know.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
AMPS Strategy – great method for solving homeowner’s problems & assisting non-qualified buyers who have down payment money & desire to own a home. And I get compensation to boot!
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?

What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Actually, take time to review / introduce / expound on all 12 strategies, it feels as if we only reviewed 7 or 8.
