The network for leads and financing alone is worth it! The ability to pick up the phone and be able to call numerous Investors and get immediate responses to questions when talking with sellers or even at the closing table is priceless. We run across new issues that require creative solutions all the time so being able to rely on our network means we can say YES to more deals. I never worry about getting funding for a deal. If it’s a deal, a member will fund it! Almost every deal we have done has been with another member, and oftentimes with multiple people serving in different roles.
