Overall I felt this workshop did exactly what it said it was going to do, and thats teach you all of the ways that you can invest in real estate. We were really impressed with the level of detail that was provided. And how well planned, and thought out the delivery of information was. Kudos to your team on a Excellent Presentation.

After taking the training, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?

Yes! Their strategies clearly have been refined and proven to work over and over again. It’s broken down in detail. It’s just up to us to take action and be successful investors! All the tools and knowledge is provided in this training.

Everything in this workshop was valuable!! But most importantly we thought it was amazing how Phil and Shennoah stayed on late each day/night to make sure all students questions were answered. That speaks volumes to how big their hearts are and how they truly do mean it when they say they want to share what they’ve learned so that others can be successful as well. Thank you so much to you both.

I feel that with other classes they are more focused on trying to sell you more training before they share their “secrets” but this class actually tells you how to make money in real estate and gives you specific information and provides examples on how to make money

Content: Very informative. Coming in to this we had so many questions and really confused about where to start, where are the “good” deals, what’s the best marketing plan, how much do we budget, etc. and they answered all our questions and more!
Presentation:
Presenters (Overall): Presenters are extremely knowledgable and happily willing to share their knowledge. It just shows how much they want everyone to succeed. It’s nothing like anything else we’ve attended before where you’re being sold on the next shiny thing. Presenters are all active and successful investors that genuinely want to help you succeed.
