More than I expected. Outstanding Value! I got real content, real education, with a minimum of hype and LGAT.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
Yes, Definitely. However, I don’t think this event alone is enough. I need reinforcement of concepts over a longer period of time. Hence, Big Dog.
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
Emphasis on marketing & overall process. Aha moment: I am doing alot of things that I need to hire out, in my personal and business life.
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
Superior many respects. Good balance of content and motivation. Real world examples of deals, not just hypothetical examples of how much I might make on a perfect deal.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
1) Phil, your stories are outstanding and help illustrate the concepts. But sometimes longer than I needed to “get it.” 2) When sessions resume/start, someone at the front needs to respectfully and loudly call group to order.
