I found it to be a good use of time to learn and become familiar with commercial investing. The increased focus on case studies and real transactions was effective.

Yes. It will help me to formulate a clearer strategy on what type of investing (passive vs active, residential vs commercial) do I want to focus on in order to best achieve my financial and wealth goals.

The case studies and transactions helped to show how the concepts and techniques are actually applied in the real world. Also, the discussion on the importance of focus and the question of “why” were very enlightening.

How did this training compare to any other training(s) you’ve taken?

The variety of speakers and presenters made it very engaging and interesting.

What suggestions do you have for improvement?

Other than the technical issues mentioned above, none at this time.

Content: I found the topics, discussions, and case studies on commercial properties were very relevant. However, at times it felt like we were re-covering topics from the Residential workshop that were not as relevant to investing in commercial properties.
Presentation: Other than a few technical problems (e.g.Quest presentation, volume issues) the presentations were well executed and relevant to the topic of commercial investing.
Presenters (Overall): Overall, the mix of different presenters kept the subject matter interesting and lively during the long 3-day period.
Phill Grove: Phil’s experience and knowledge comes through clearly in his presentation style and content. His blend of detailed information and examples, humility, and humor gives him credibility.
Expectations Met: I found this workshop more engaging and informative than the residential workshop. This is due to both the energy of the presenters and the complexity of the transactions, as well as my higher level of interest in commercial investing. Overall, the 3 days when by quickly and smoothly and I would recommend it to other interested investors.
