A lot of information that is great for newbie investors.
After taking the class, do you feel like you have new tools to make money in real estate?
Only time will tell however more tools in my tool belt!
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
AMPS, Inventory vs. days on the market, AMPS magic close, HSA. If home is vacant, insurance may be voided.
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
About the same but invest tool (automated systems) looks great.
