Very good information. Phil, Shenoah, coaches came across very sincere without the hyped up sales pitches of other seminars – Personal examples of successful deals gave credibility.

Yes
What did you find MOST valuable in the training?
Different ways to make deals work. Using OPM/Credit. Understanding it’s all about MARKETING.
How did this class compare to any other class you’ve taken?
Local investors vs. out of state – Big Dogs are Local – very good offering ways to do both long-term (rental) invfesting & fix & flip opportunities.
What suggestions do you have for improvement?
Having been a public speaker and teacher myself and when it comes to people’s ability to focus and retain… Take more breaks, cover less but select most important info. If seminar is from 9-6 quit at 6, never go over.
